Netflix TV and movie streaming service makes use of Microsoft Silverlight technology to deliver content over the Internet. This plugin works with most modern browsers to control video playback and digital rights management. If you are experiencing problems with the Silverlight update errors, the problems could be due to a bug in the browser, a compatibility problem or a corruption of an earlier Silverlight installation. Sixth, empty all cookies related to Netflix stored in your browser to visit the custom URL listed in Resources. This process removes all the data in temporary cache that may be affecting the Silverlight update process. Restart your browser and try Silverlight update process again.
