Absolutely, with one enormous caveat: the US Department of Justice is probably the only law office in the US that doesn’t have to worry about being spied on by the US government, which has shown itself to be extraordinarily resourceful when it comes to infiltrating cloud services. For the average family or transactional lawyer, maybe that’s not a big deal. But somewhat ironically, the last people who should follow the DOJ’s lead are the lawyers who routinely find themselves opposite the DOJ in the courtroom.
