Let’s face facts: CLEs are boring. I wrote an article about the worst audience members at CLEs, but one of the reasons audience members behave like this is that most speeches are just, well, dull. Even for a topic that you want to see, you’re almost never thinking, “I’m going to learn something useful and be entertained.”
