February 18, 2016 -ETA statement on the CFPB’s new “No Action” policy establishing a process to reduce regulatory uncertainty for new consumer-friendly innovations.

“ETA applauds the CPFB announcement of its “No Action” policy,” said Jason Oxman, CEO of ETA. “ETA member companies are revolutionizing commerce with safe, convenient, and rewarding payments and commerce solutions.
