Meet the Science Cheerleaders at Girl Day!
On Saturday, February 27, 2016, the Women in Engineering Program at the University of Texas, Austin is hosting their national award winning “Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day”. Celebrated every year during Engineers Week, this Girl Day event will host over 7,000 girls!
Families and educators are invited to join elementary and middle school students to visit with technology and engineering professionals across the UT campus. Visitors will get to learn about all of the fun career options engineers have, and participate in group activities.
Science Cheerleaders Sherry, and Katarina, and myself will all be there to show you how exciting it is to be an engineer and a cheerleader! Come visit us in the North Office Building Parking Lot at UT Austin to learn more!
