WhatsApp currently has one billion active users. It is seven years old and Facebook acquired it in 2014 for around $21.8 billion.

The list is not too big for the devices that WhatsApp will drop support for. It includes Nokia S40, Nokia Symbian S60, Android 2.1, Android 2.2 and Windows Phone 7.1.
