Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings – A family favourite, all you need is vinegar, sugar, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper to marinate your chicken in overnight. Bake for 30 minutes while basting it half way through cooking. This sticky-sweet treat is finger-licking good.

Shrimp Cocktail – Creamy and saucy, shrimp cocktail is an all-time party hit. Simply boil shelled, deveined prawns in water with lemon juice, onions, black peppercorn, bay leaf and salt for a couple of minutes till prawns are opaque. Serve cold with cocktail sauce or tomato-ketchup-mayo mix.
