The fundamental problem for science is that classification is basically inconsistent (actually paradoxically contradictory). This problem can be bypassed by assuming that reality is ambiguous, but this solution does not open the door to a single truth, but does just adopt a different perspective on this fact.
The fundamental problem for science is thus that it can’t reach any ultimate truth. Reality is simply beyond understanding.
