(Before It's News)

In the TV show Who Says I Can’t? hosted by cancer survivor Jothy Rosenberg, Maureen McKinnon, a paraplegic nurse who  is also a gold medal winning Paralympic sailor, tells the story of her son Trent’s battle with cancer as she trained and prepared for her sport with her partner Nick Scandone, who had ALS.

Love this show – what a great story about determination and the power of community, faith and courage.
