Have you ever worked hard on something and watch someone else take the credit? Have you had to take the fall for the group when you clearly weren’t the weakest link? Have you ever been a victim of injustice and felt there was nothing you could do about it? Surely we have all experienced one if not all of the scenarios in life before. Through them all, there is a strong commonality. they all boil down to putting up with someone else’s inadequacy. For every person that’s inadequate in business, the workplace, communication, etc, there is another person that has to deal with the crap that’s been given (for lack of another phrase).

The main question many people (including me) ask themselves is, “Why should I have to cover up for someone else’s inadequacies”?
