A warm up?
This better not be a tease! I am soooo ready for a warm up! I'm all wormy with not having one single seed in dirt yet. If it really does warm up this week, I will have to get cracking in a big way. It's not going to stay around long tho, I see where the 10 day forcast has us back in the 30s F after just 2 days. So, maybe just some cool weather crop items but it will be something green and that's all that matters.
The hatched chicks are getting big and they are just about ready to be moved into a bigger containment facility so new chicks can be moved into the brooder. I haven't whipped up anything to house them in yet, the weather has just been too nasty to think about moving them out of their heated, air controlled situation. I would hate for them to catch a draft and get sick or die on me.
I finished the camo blanket/afghan and it is now ready to be raffled. This will be the last one I make this year.
This one will just be a few days so get your entry in quick! The draw will be on Friday, February 21st and the entry is $10 an entry or 3 for $25. This one is a solid full sized comforter size.
I am so ready for spring to get here. I miss not having green around me. The smell of fresh flowers, roses especially, the grass in my toes, just the clean of spring! Come on spring, get here already!
