(Before It's News)
When I think about showing my love for my husband, I think of ways that I can better take care of him. I know that feeding my loved ones good, quality meals without processed foods is the best way I can care for them.
For Valentine’s Day we normally have a big steak cooked on the grill. Steamed veggies and sweet potatoes go nicely with it.
Another great option is seafood. Boiled shrimp and crab legs are definitely the way to my husband’s heart! Stores will often run specials on lobster tail this time of year also. You could pair it with a salad and some corn.
Dessert is normally where our healthy meals go wrong! I think it’s okay to have a little bit of chocolate from time to time. I absolutely love chocolate. But, if you have a treat you may as well do it right. Chocolate dipped strawberries have just a little chocolate, but plenty of sweetness.
