Today, I'm harvesting & packaging more of the farm's organically-grown micro-greens. Currently working on a large order for a retail customer.
Working now on Sunflower Greens! These are my favorite for snacking on straight from the bag. The flavor tastes like sunflower seeds mixed with dark green romaine lettuce. Yes, Delicious!
