A hard freeze killed off our remaining summer vegetable crops last week, so we’re in full fall veggie mode!
This week’s share received by all of our farm’s csa members:
- lettuce
- spinach
- green acorn squash
- garlic
- hakurei (sweet Japanese salad turnips)
- radishes
- Swiss Chard
- red & green mustard greens
- tat soi
- mizuna
- arugula
