Ready for the Weekend

(Before It's News)

We woke up to a gorgeous Good Friday morning and have a beautiful Easter weekend planned. While we kick this weekend off right, I wanted to update you on some food and some progress…

I’m really liking this Whole 30 approach to eating. Yesterday I ran out of time for breakfast so we threw leftover ham and some fresh pineapple together. It was delicious!

I taught a Thursday night Zumba® class and wore blue to support Autism awareness. You can find these blue Zumba® capris {HERE}. They are super comfortable! If you use “DELSIGNORE” at checkout, you get 10% off your Zumba® wear order.

After class, my husband spoiled me with grilled steak and shrimp. It was so amazingly good! That man can cook an awesome steak.

I have really stuck to my eating plan this week. I am really surprised that I have splurged not once, but it has truly paid off. Waking up to see the scale say 150.4 (after seeing 163.8 last Thursday) is a pretty good feeling.

After dinner last night Ryan had a huge bowl of my favorite ice cream. I wanted some so bad I just couldn’t stand it. I had some fruit instead and the craving passed. I admit I am still a little bit sad about no ice cream. I keep telling myself I will splurge a little when I’ve gotten past the thirty days.

Caleb is so thrilled to have both of us home with him this weekend. We normally get one day off a week, but we celebrate Easter together as a family. I am so looking forward to spending time with my boys.
