Many reports and experts say that given the tensions between Russia and the United States, it is only a matter of time before a full-out war ensues. In fact, there are several signs from Moscow that reportedly hints at what could happen next.
Signs That Russia Is Preparing For War
Journalist Patrick Reevell claims that there are seven signs that Russia is preparing for war. According to the report, no one believes Moscow is really preparing for a military conflict with the United States. Many experts instead believe that the whole thing is a show that will help bump up support at home to prevent Western countries from meddling in Syria.
As the confrontation between the United and Russia has worsened over Syria, and amid speculation Washington might launch airstrikes against Syrian government forces, Russian state-controlled media has gone into high gear, asking Russians whether they are prepared for nuclear war.
Russian media has come full swing with a report on the state-controlled network NTV, saying: “If that should one day happen, each of you must know where the nearest bomb shelter is,” a report on the state-controlled network, NTV, noted, before taking viewers on a tour of a nuclear bunker in Moscow.

The drill, which Russian authorities claimed affected 40 million people, and particularly the way it was presented on state television, resembled Soviet-era exercises, with scenes of schoolchildren flooding out in evacuations and being taught to hurriedly pull on gas masks.
Russia also made it clear that if the United States plans on doing any attack, it will be ready to respond.
“The threats directed against Moscow and our state’s leadership are unprecedented, because they are voiced at the level of the US vice president,” said a Kremlin spokesman via News.com.
