Now is the time to buy silver

Silver in recent days has been in a downtrend after reaching 49.82 a couple weeks ago. Recently it hit  a low of $32.30, and is now trading at 33.78.

Why is silver a good investment?

1.) The fundamentals are great

2.) We'll see some form of QE3
