Added on Sept. 8: Reasons why they were probably biological in origin
A. They are not mineral fibers, as mineral fibers do not branch and curve and exist as single crystals on the micron level.
(Ref. 1: Quote: “Mineral fibers include the asbestos group. Asbestos is the only naturally occurring long mineral fiber. Six minerals have been classified as “asbestos” including chrysotile of the serpentine class and those belonging to the amphibole class: amosite, crocidolite, tremolite, anthophyllite andactinolite. Short, fiber-like minerals include wollastonite and attapulgite.”

(Ref. 2: Quote: “All ( serpentines and white asbestos ) are microcrystalline and massive in habit, never being found as single crystals.” Source:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serpentine_group#Overview )
B. They are unlikely to be fractures or fracture fills, because they are numerous in minute areas as shown in

Added on Sept. 9: Curly blood vessel remains rise up into the air.
This micrograph shows curly blood vessel remains rise up from the ground and shoot into the air:

No minerals can do that. No fracture fills can do that.

To repeat: Mineral fibers do not branch and curve and exist as single crystals on the micrometer level in an unimpeded environment. The blood vessel fossils were preserved with pseudomorphic replacement
