Solar Activity Rising On the Sun

A lot is being said about what is happening after a large coronal mass ejection, or CME, blasted from the Sun a few days back. It was on November 23 that the massive eruption happened on the Sun, and since then speculations are going on about the kind of activities happening on the surface.
It was confirmed after the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO), managed to capture the CME moment. It was told such type of image, known as a coronagraph, reflects how the brightest light from the sun is blocked from direct view.
To explain it further, it has been claimed that CME involves sending solar particles into space and subsequently, reaching Earth one to three days later. it has also been claimed that this is the third such Earth-directed CME since November 20th.
