What horrors will YOU likely face after a cave-in of YOUR nation’s economy, war, geophysical upheaval, or whatever crisis is bad enough to disturb or stop YOUR nation from working and functioning?  There are plenty of very potential SHTF events that are simply awaiting a catalyst to trigger them…- SHTF Plan – When It Hits The Fan, Don’t Say I Didn’t Warn You…

This may be old news, but I am, pardon the expression, sick and tired, of the expression “if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about…” etc. etc.

To which I emphatically declare: Hell Yes You Do!

As established by the Mars Exploration Program, the main scientific goals of the MSL mission are to help determine whether Mars could ever have supported life, as well as determining the role of water, and to study the climate and geology of Mars.[10][11][11] The mission will also help prepare for human exploration.[11] To contribute to these goals, MSL has eight main scientific objectives:[13]

Biological
Geological and geochemical
  • (4) Investigate the chemical, isotopic, and mineralogical composition of the Martian surface and near-surface geological materials
  • (5) Interpret the processes that have formed and modified rocks and soils
Planetary process
Surface radiation

As part of its exploration, it also measured the radiation exposure in the interior of the spacecraft as it traveled to Mars, and it is continuing radiation measurements as it explores the surface of Mars. This data would be important for a future manned mission.[14]

Another strange object on Mars caught by Curiosity, this time a rodent looking creature. Of course this could be a trick of the light, but it does look remarkably like a rodent, worth posting in any event, enjoy :) Image Link:http://www.nasa.gov/images/content/694114main_Watkins-2-pia16204_full.jpg
