Texas Governor Rick Perry gave commercial spaceflight almost a full minute during the Texas State of the State Address, acknowledging companies by name: Blue Origin, SpaceX, and XCOR Aerospace. All have located facilities within the state and are helping to make Texas the leader in the New Space race.
