You could call it the ultimate exercise in diversity acceptance. If we have trouble understanding and accepting other races and cultures here on Earth, how would we handle extraterrestrial First Contact? Perhaps the most important step would be overcoming our expectations.
We have spent most of human history trying to conquer our surroundings. We seek to control our environment through agriculture, technology and science. We have expectations of how living creatures should live and sometimes its well apart from what nature has designed. There was an interesting article in the New Yorker recently by Elizabeth Kolbert called “Recallof the Wild”. She describes a nature preserve in the Netherlands that seeks to recreate a paleolithic ecosystem. As Kolbert describes it’s just the latest attempt at “rewilding”. Now, clearly this project shows human attempts to control and shape the environment. It also provides a flip-side to that idea. The ecologist largely responsible for the Oostvaarderolassen, as the preserve is called, has attempted to introduce species similar to those that would have been found in a Paleolithic ecosystem in that area of Europe. The idea is to let the introduced animals reproduce and settle in the nature preserve without much interference from humans. That has lead to die-offs, especially in the winter. Kolbert describes Dutch TV stations showing video of animals starving to death. It’s part of the natural process but one that humans find it hard to accept. There was outrage among many in the Netherlands. One could argue that a man-made ecosystem should have man-made controls to help prevent such harsh natural die-offs. They have suggested her culling by shooting animals unlikely to make it through the winter. However, the entire debate shows our attempt to humanize nature. Humans like to see nature as a pastoral setting. We want to see the abundance of biological diversity, but we want it to behave as we think it should. Natural behaviors and outcomes can be brutal and sad from our perspective. We can’t truly accept that the natural system works that way. We even call nature “Mother Nature” in an attempt to anthropomorphize the natural environment.
So, what would we do if we were to meet aliens some day? It seems likely that we would make judgments about their appearance, actions and society based on our human characteristics. That makes sense- we have no other lens to consider extraterrestrial intelligence. However, that lens could also be problematic. If we have trouble accepting the brutal side of our own natural environment, how would we accept beings from a vastly different environment? Would we think less of them because they had characteristics that we consider unacceptable?
Extraterrestrial contact with intelligent beings would require a great deal of diversity understanding. We would need to set aside our human expectations and learn about aliens in an objective way. This may be fine for the academic community, which is used to considering challenging ideas as part of the job. For other humans it could be quite tough. The appearance, culture and actions of aliens could be off-putting. That could lead to public resistance to diplomatic relations.
A certain amount of caution from the public is to be expected and would be quite healthy. The last thing we would want to do is consider aliens to be better than us and seek to transform ourselves to better fit their way of being. There has to be a middle ground of learning and understanding, while also protecting who we are and what we hold important in our civilization. It will be up to world leaders, academics and scientists to establish this path and help the human race stay on course. There may be Oostvaarderolassen moments when it comes to what we learn about extraterrestrials. It’s critical that we keep learning and don’t let our human perspective get in the way.

As of Dec.21,2012, Earth moved from a Level 0 to a Level 1 civilization. We joined an intergalactic community of ETs. They know how to integrate newly elevated planets, into the mainstream. They are STO and deal with chaotic and primitive planets, on a routine basis. They have no intention of dominating us but will provide technology and help us avoid serious errors. They are already on Earth and visiting in space craft and in contact with many humans.
Earth is being taken over by higher consciousness souls, not the Buddha but those that match the Earth’s Schumann Resonance. They come from millions of locations, in our galaxy and beyond. Examples are Indigo,Crystal and Star but there are many more. In about 100 years, all of the lower consciousness humans will have died, leaving only higher consciousness humans. Earth has moved up in frequency and the sentient beings must match the planet.
Earth has been a prison/slave planet for many thousands of years but that is over. Those that would interfere with God’s agenda, are given some quarter but they are not allowed to permanently alter the agenda. The agenda is the continuing elevation of consciousness of all of God’s Creation. We in 3D are the babies of sentience and like children in our families, we are protected and nurtured. We may destroy our bodies and minds but after death, we are healed and then decide, with help, what to do in our next life. We are not forced to reincarnate but we choose to because 3D is our schoolhouse and we can only grow in consciousness, if we submit ourselves to every imaginable experience there is. We are cradled in love that never fails for an instant. Rejoice.

Get this: we’re, and always will remain, in what you call Level 0 civilization. Earth is indeed a prison/slave planet, and it will remain so, up to the day its destruction. Do you really think some other, more higher evolved lifeform would give a rat’s a$$ about us? Or some nonexistent superbeing you call God? Really? If you do, it’s nothing but a proof of incredible arrogance and egotism.
Oh, and calling us “babies of sentience” is very insulting, as i think there’re many very intelligent people, despite the fact that i think we would be better off dead. But then, you alien worshipping loonies have always thought that ETs are automitically better, more intelligent, sexier and somehow more “noble” than the primitive, savage apes that populate this planet, no?
Get your head out of your a$$; we’re here alone (in this planet, that is, i doubt in the entire universe) and ain’t no one’s coming to help us or walk us through the fire. No aliens. No God (for God doesn’t exist). No Jesus. No, not even Space-Jesus.

The NSA goals for targeting individuals to become a “shooter on the shelf”:

In his book, Psychiatry and the CIA: Victims of Mind Control, Dr. Harvey Weinstein quotes the following passage from a book entitled, Battle for the Mind: A Physiology of Conversion and Brainwashing, by William Sargant (Greenwood Press, Westport, CT, 1957):
“‘By increasing or prolonging stresses in various ways, or inducing physical debilitation, a more thorough alteration of the person’s thinking processes may be achieved. …If the stress or the physical debilitation, or both, are carried one stage further, it may happen that patterns of thought and behavior, especially those of recent acquisition, become disrupted. New patterns can then be substituted, or suppressed patterns allowed to reassert themselves; or the subject may begin to think or act in ways that precisely contradict his former ones.
“‘…If a complete sudden collapse can be produced by prolonging or intensifying emotional stress, the cortical slate may be wiped clean temporarily of its more recently implanted patterns of behavior, perhaps allowing others to be substituted more easily.’”
Dr. Weinstein then comments: “The parallel with [Dr. Ewen] Cameron’s theory of differential amnesia is striking, and the relationship to brainwashing is abundantly clear.”11 Dr. Cameron, employed by McGill University’s Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, between 1943 and 1964, conducted brainwashing experiments upon select, non-volunteer psychiatric patients on behalf of the CIA. Dr. Weinstein’s father was one of Cameron’s victims.
Sargant’s theorems and Cameron’s associated experimental findings appear to be the driving force behind the harassment and experimentation now being reported to this Association. All of these individuals are being subjected to a series of overlapping circumstances which apparently are meant to induce and sustain long-term extremes of stress. All of these individuals have been effectively isolated. Unethical psychiatrists and physicians are involved in the majority of these cases. Mind-altering prescription drugs are being used for clearly non-therapeutic purposes. Evidence of LSD use is also beginning to surface (one of Cameron’s favored mind-altering substances). And “psychic driving” techniques—Cameron’s pet brainwashing method—are involved in all these cases, to a much greater and more potentially effective degree where auditory input is involved.
The long-term objectives of these harassment and experimentation campaigns appear to be quite fundamental; viz.,
(1) induce a sense of perverted “loyalty” toward the very agencies engaged in the individual’s harassment, to confuse his or her priorities where the possibility of obtaining legal redress might be concerned;
(2) redirect the targeted individual’s feelings of hopelessness, anger and frustration toward racial and ethnic groups, and toward select, prominent political figures, to include the President of the United States; and
(3) force the individual to commit an act of violence, whether suicide or murder, under conditions which can be plausibly denied by the government.
An operation’s ultimate success apparently hangs on this latter objective. We have successfully obstructed this process in a number of cases now being investigated.

SILENT INTERROGATION
Simply joining Alcoholics or Narcotics Anonymous can lead to mental evaluations for your prospects of becoming a “shooter on the shelf”. By examining your past traumas by Remote Neural Monitoring during these meetings they can determine your likelihood for successful trauma based mind control. The targeting of these type meetings and their mistrust and alienation of present or past drug abusers and alcoholics has been mentioned on other TI websites. These RNM abuses were a major source of information in the 90′s. Imagine joining a group to over come addictions and being rewarded with this type of torture and abuse. Only this warped and evil group of satanists would do such a thing. If a judge sentences you to attend AA or NA meetings, jail would have been better. The NSA can target these types of meetings and get a free opening to your past memories and traumas with pictures and sound and level of chemical emotion. Heaven forbid you ever have psycho-analysis in today’s world. Job interviews are also mined for data and often led on both sides by computer targeting needs. Most TIs are targeted for much less, like just for your name and what it may mean to someone. Most people just got the wrong job and fell into this nightmare.

9) All community leadership positions
10) Anyone on tv, radio, internet, song writers and movie script writers and newspaper reporters and all cameramen.
Do you now get the sense we are all in the “matrix” and can be targeted anytime for any reason?
More and more people are being targeted everyday.
