New Mexico State Senator Mary Kay Papen will introduce legislation that has been agreed upon by Virgin Galactic and the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. This agreement signals a much anticipated resolution of differences regarding liability issues. The bill is expected to have bi-partisan legislative support during the current Legislative Session.
