UFO or New Laser weapon spotted in NASA footage of DA14!!!!

Look at the the image being shown by NASA on its first glimpse of DA14. See that streak? Is that a UFO straking by it, or could it be an attempt by some goverment to try and possible shoot it down? Is this what might of been used on the Russian Meteor?
