Added on Sept. 3, 2013: “Cross-Bedding” at Shaler Was Broken Concrete.
There are numerous flat and thin “rocks” in Gale Crater. NASA claimed there was “cross-bedding” at Shaler, Gale Crater:http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/msl/multimedia/pia16550.html#.Uh8WhRunorY
However, the “cross-bedding” looks more like broken concrete, as it is flat and thin, measuring about 0.5 centimeter in thickness and hanging precariously for water-less three billion years: http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=lin440315&b=20&f=1556980511&p=513

More importantly, no cross bedding on Earth resembles those and these “cross bedding” on Mars: http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=lin440315&b=20&f=1556862996&p=431
They don’t look like cross-bedding on Earth as shown in: https://www.google.com.tw/search?hl=zh-TW&biw=800&bih=431&site=imghp&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=cross+bedding&oq=cross+bedd&gs_l=img.1.0.0i19l5j0i5i19l5.77742.86033.0.88422.24.15.0.1.1.2.40.474.14.14.0….0…1c.1.26.img..11.13.401.5vjAkvAsmEA
They resemble broken concrete on Earth as shown at : https://www.google.com.tw/search?hl=zh-TW&site=imghp&tbm=isch&source=hp&biw=800&bih=431&q=broken+concrete&oq=broken+con&gs_l=img.1.0.0i19.2583.6116.0.8209.10.9.0.1.1.0.39.297.9.9.0….0…1ac.1.26.img..0.10.299.PhBMPkuYnI0
But NASA cannot admit mistakes. Anyway, the objects were apparently eroded by water, not by wind, as their bottoms were uniformly flat. There has been no water on Mars for over 3 billion years, so the objects must have been hanging there like this for over 3 billion years. To repeat, no cross-bedding on Earth resembles those objects. They resemble broken concrete. Two hundred years ago, humans could not produce concrete, let alone those hanging in the air for over 3 billion years. Was that low-technology?
