Are Martian Blueberries A Kind of Hot Clinkers?
I was reading about Portland cement and Portland cement clikners (notes 1, 2). I felt the hot clinkers (see http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=lin440315&b=20&f=1557003559&p=526 ) look like the “blueberries” found all over Mars. Maybe the two share similarity in their formation processes. The two could also have some chemical elements in common, although many Martian blueberries do contain fossil tissues.
Note 1: Wikipedia article on Portland cement: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portland_cement
Quote from the link: “It (Portland cement) is a fine powder produced by grinding Portland cement clinker (more than 90%),.…”
Note 2: Wikipedia article on clinkers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinker_(cement)
Quote from the link: “In the manufacture of Portland cement, clinker is lumps or nodules, usually 3–25 mm in diameter, produced by sintering limestone and alumino-silicate (clay) during the cement kiln stage.”
