Concrete Is Found All Over Mars.
1. Mars rover Spirit found remnants of concrete at “Comanche Outcrop”:
NASA and Science magazine reported that “Comanche Outcrop” contains 25% carbonate (see http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/mer/multimedia/gallery/comanche-with-label.html ). However, they are not rock outcrops. They are remnants of concrete material, as shown in http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=lin440315&b=20&f=1556995905&p=523&sp=0
The following photo shows the eroded surface of concrete on Earth for comparison:

This kind of surface texture is found all over “rocks” on Mars. For example:
2. Mars rover Opportunity found steel rods protruding from concrete:

3. Mars rover Curiosity found numerous concrete pavements:

Added on Sept. 11,2013: Reasons Why “Comanche Outcrops” Are Not Rocks
Reasons: No rocks on Earth contain 25% carbonate, break (or erode) straightly (often with right angles), and show the surface texture of eroded concrete at the same time.
If “Comanche Outcrops” are rocks, why is their rock type not specifically identified by NASA or the Science magazine article? Why do the “Comanche” “rocks” exist among concrete pavements identified in the first photo above? The concrete pavements near the “Comanche Outcrops” are the same as those identified in my previous posts.
