Large Mysterious Object (UFO?) Orbiting Earth (Opposite Direction of Moon)

As evidenced by a large shadow showing up on real time imaging of the Earth via the WorldWide Telescope, there appears to be a large object orbiting Earth in the opposite direction of the Earth. It appears too large to be a satellite and changes positions of it’s orbit as well as possibly changing directions.
Is this is a UFO monitoring the Earth and changing orbital paths to monitor various hemispheres? Is this an Anunnaki space monitoring craft?

That’s a simulation. Not a real telescope.
They don’t simulate unknown objects, they wouldn’t know what they were simulating would they.
