UFO Hovers For Hours over Fresno, Ca (2013)
Frenso residents reported seeing a bright, spherical-shaped object hovering for hours in the sky. What is most remarkable is that even though winds blew 10 to 20 mph the object never moved. KMPH News reached out the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Fresno Air Terminal and the Army National Guard and none of the agencies could provide an explanation for the UFO. Below are some zoomed in footage of the object. Is this a UFO, is it a Terrestrial Spy balloon/craft that the government will not admit to?

For several hours….UFO time locked pending transportation / teleportation
looks like a military heavy equipment parachute, but if it is and was there for 4 hours it was somehow stuck in some type time warp that slowed it down to almost nothing.
Could be a bluebeam test also

It hovered for hours without the US military coming to have a look?
