Alien Creature Caught Climbing Building???

Here is a pretty creepy film of what appears to be a creature with very long arms and legs climbing a building caught on film in Russian. Many people are claiming this to be an alien being of some sort since from this perspective of the video it clearly has too long of limbs to be human. Alien or not, this creature in this video will give Spiderman a run for his money!!!
