I think they are being pretty blatant! China is going to attack at some point, and there isnt much Europe is going to do to Stop It! This may be what a glimpse of world war 3 looks like!

……..China did not place the mushroom cloud there.
OK. This took me 5 seconds to figure out when this story of the mushroom cloud over Europe thing first came online a while ago. The picture. China didn’t make it. They just grabbed it off the internet. It is a background some bored artist made and put online, most likely with no agenda other than “it looks cool”. It has been used for logos, backgrounds, you name it.

That is a TinEye reverse image search. That image has existed since 2008, at least. Some lazy guy at the Chinese space program chose that image for the background of the rover, was probably going to edit it out, or didn’t even notice it.
China did not place it there to provoke anything, and all it shows us, is that sometimes the Chinese can be lazy too.
