NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity took this photo on May 25, 2015 (Sol 995) at Marias Pass in Gale Crater, Mars. In the red boxes are 15 Martian fossil bones found in just one NASA photo. This photo has been expanded 200% from mars.nasa.gov/msl/multimedia/raw/?rawid=0995ML00440500104…
As NASA’s camera enlarged the objects by about 150% in this case, the real sizes of these bones have been expanded about 300% in this photo.
