Tonight, I visited a website where I keep up with the Sun’s effects upon our weather here on Earth: spaceweather.com. That’s where I saw a very short video of the latest CME blast away from the sun, occuring on June 26, 2015.
I then went to SOHO, the Solar & Heliospheric Observatory website, and downloaded a 3-second movie of this CME; the short video is below.
But what is that object, which looks like it has tiny wings, just to the 2 o’clock side of our sun?
