Neil deGrasse Tyson: “Extraterrestrials Have Visited Earth But They Think We Lack Intelligence” (+Video)
In an interview with MSNBC host Chris Hayes, astrophysicist and Cosmos host Neil deGrasse said that our definition of intelligence might greatly differ from the views of advanced extraterrestrials beings.
“My great fear is that we’ve in fact been visited by intelligent aliens,” Neil deGrasse Tyson said to Hayes.
“But they chose not to make contact, on the conclusion that there’s no sign of intelligent life on Earth. How’s that for measures of intelligence?”‘
One reason it’s presumptuous for humans to act like they’re the arbiters of intelligence, deGrasse Tyson said, is the possibility that planets much older than ours are already sending us messages in a format that, while basic to them, is incomprehensible by our current standards.

Why did we let Tyson talk to them?
No wonder they think we lack intelligence.
Tyson thinks a degree in astronomy qualifies him to speak with authority about biology.
Strange how an astronomer cannot calculate the probability of correctly sequencing a single strand of DNA from random unguided forces. If he did he would see how infinitesimal that probability actually is, the probability is less likely than selecting one specific sub-atomic particle in the entire known universe at random. Infinite universes is a mathematical copout being used to prop up the known fact that the parameters are too tight, the odds are too great, it is literally impossible for us to be here as a result of random unguided processes.
Tyson is either a completely brainwashed sub-moron or a politically motivated liar.
