The twenty sixth of thirty six reasons to attend ISPCS. Nelson as President of XCOR Aerospace and a key participant in a number of groundbreaking regulatory efforts, brings the attendees at ISPCS and the viewer up to speed on the creation of frameworks by European and other countries that will enable early commercial space planes to fly from international air and spaceports. He points out where these regulations may lead in the future, some of the threats to this progress, and the opportunity the new frameworks may present to the industry.
