Big Asteroid TB 2015 with a cometary orbit will pass closest to earth on 31 october!

This asteroid was only discovered 3 weeks ago because of it’s highly eccentric orbit.
Infact when i look at it’s orbit diagram it even makes me wonder if this is not a comet!
It is 400 m big more or less but poses no threat as it passes a lunar distance away but still i wonder if there are others of this size with a similar orbit eccentricity…
