Mars Sample Return Wastes Billions of Dollars.

NASA is planning to get samples from Mars in order to ascertain whether or not there was past life on Mars. The name of the game is called Sample Return. In fact, there are already numerous pieces of evidence that prove beyond doubt that there was past life on Mars. Examples: Mars Mystery Solved (see more in the notes.)
 
Then why does NASA still want Sample Return? Sample Return involves two to three trips to Mars, billions of dollars, and many job opportunities. NASA can save billions of dollars by simply asking concrete workers, artificial stone manufacturers, corrugated sheet manufacturers, nurses and anatomy professors whether there are remnants of concrete pavements, artificial stones, corrugated sheet, red blood cells, blood vessels, Haversian canals, bones, etc. in Mars photos such as these:
