Elektro-L: Flat Earth Debunking Modern Russian Satellite System
Simply by supplying non-composite, high resolution photographs of the earth from space, every 30 minutes, flat earth is debunked.
The Elektro-L satellite has a 121 megapixel camera operating across multiple bands from visible into the infrared.
Flat earth proponents constantly challenge anyone who questions them to provide a single non-composite image of the earth from space (often followed by, ‘just one’). Well as of this writing, Elektro-L has provided 4,420,244 images (from currently two satellites, a third planned for 2017)!
By having 121 megapixels, and a 20 degree view at 36,000 km ( 41,000 km to earth’s midplane), Elektro-L is able to take a single photograph and capture the entire earth, and still have enough resolution to zoom into smaller areas and resolve details. in the animation above, notice how the reflection of the sun is dodgy.. it should go in a straight line across the ocean, IT DOES NOT!

Actually if you watch it, the dimmer larger circle of the sun pretty much does follow closely to a circumferential path, but the shimmering hot spot does move around a little. Who knows what optical effect that is. It does not look un-natural. Maybe someone has a logical explanation (besides calling a Russian weather satellite a conspiracy).
The reason it isn’t going in a straight line, is that it is reflecting off of
a sphere fool..
Dear Flat earth debunkers, these people are clinically insane, and there
is no reason to try to reason with these cave people. I think this
is the point in time where the “breakaway” civilization starts. You
have cave people, and then you have people that know we live on
a sphere. We have to leave the educationally “challenged”, to have
their flat earth. Don’t really know why they want and fight for a flat
earth so hard, trashing everyone that tries to talk common sense
into them, but there is just no way to bring them into the fold of
realists, so we have to leave them to their flat earth.
I don’t know how they think satellites can orbit a flat earth, but
somehow they rationalize it in their brains somehow. They just
won’t every change their minds. They remind me of spoiled brats.
In a way, I wanted to take them like I would my child and sit them
down and explain why they are wrong, but that is just my paternal
instincts coming out.. Then I came to the realization, that they
are not my kids, and they are brought up by someone that
never sat them down and told them “reality” at any point in
their lives.. So they are someone else’s children, that cannot
be taught anything. So we leave them to their own lack of
mentality, since there is no proof we could offer to them to
change their minds. To all who have tried in vain, I salute you!
We just have to quit letting our parenting skills come out by
default, and realize they were brought up by people that
never sat them down and explained reality to them, and
let them do their own “thing”, which of course is shocking
to us. Be that as it may, I salute all who have tried.

It may be hard to unconvert some of them (it may just be a scam), but we can help those on the edge from falling off the edge (ironic, huh, flat earth analogies).
