Is this a picture of an Extraterrestrial City hidden deep within the Patagonian Mountains? Could it possibly be inhabited by a highly advanced ‘break-away’ human civilization?

Yes definitely structures present , i think he’s stumbled onto probably one of the last undiscovered tribes/society’s
