The second sun, the brown dwarf – 1/3rd the size of the sun, seen as a crescent, is receding from STEREO A, getting less distinct, so would be approaching Earth.
Someone just shoot me. There is no Nibiru.
What is seen ‘everywhere’ is something called birefringence.
The observer is seeing the Sun birefringe behind a glass substrate (the Glass Sky a/k/a Biblical Firmament).

I wouldn’t comment on a picture unless I took it myself, and/or saw the object myself, at that location and time. But I will comment on government disinformation, which I see regularly.
It is a crime against humanity. Yes, there is a Planet X. It changed Earth’s tilt around 11,000 years ago. It’s about to do it again, and some people would like to survive. They need the truth, to have a chance of that.
