The narrator of this video is mispronouncing the lighting source . Fresnel is actually pronounced Fren-L . The “S” is silent .Fresnels are the old type of stage lights that were used in Hollywood (with thick glass magnifying lenses) for set lighting and are still used in television studios and sets for shows on TV. I’m not at all convinced that a super sized fresnel could or even would , however , be being used on a satellite circling the Earth !
