(Before It's News)

As you surf the Web, information is being collected about you. Web tracking is not 100% evil — personal data can make your browsing more efficient; cookies can help your favorite websites stay in business. But, says Gary Kovacs, it's your right to know what data is being collected about you and how it affects your online life. He unveils a Firefox add-on to do just that.

Gary Kovacs is the CEO of the Mozilla Corporation, where he directs the development of Firefox.

Would that be the same Gary that gets $50m tax free from Google each year or the same Gary that writes Firefox and goes so far as to using the name Chrome in the folders name or the same Gary they has embedded Google all over the firefox browser as can be seen by viewing pref.js

Bill gates has nothing on Google with his billion lines of spyware known as windows and telling people to use Firefox to protect privacy is like sending a pervert to a brothel with $50 and a pack of condoms.
