Hamas has accused Israel of assassinating Kamel Ranaja, whose body was found last week in his half-burned apartment in Syrian capital Damascus. Ranaja had replaced the late Hamas weapons procurer Mahmoud al-Mabhouh, who was killed in 2010 in Dubai, most likely by Israeli intelligence agency Mossad.
