A US judge has ordered the CIA to respond again –this time in good faith– to a FOIA request on the notorious Colombian drug smuggler Pablo Escobar. The FOIA request also relates to Los PEPES, a rival drug cartel set up by the CIA and the DEA in the early 1990s to help kill Escobar.
