NSA—either Abolish It or Highly Curtail Its Illegal Activities

I do not trust the NSA.  They can record all my phone calls, emails, and other personal data protected by the Fourth Amendment, yet they cannot catch the terrorist Tsarnayev brothers before they bombed the Boston Marathon.  What is wrong with that picture, anyway?  We need to abolish the NSA or to curtail the NSA from doing its nasty activities.  For example, the NSA must obtain a court order from a judge to gather meta-data on average American citizens.

If it was only one federal agency violating our civil rights, it might be tolerable.  However, we have the following corrupt federal agencies also violating our rights: Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Justice (DoJ), Department of State (DOS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Secret Service (SS), Department of Defense (DoD), Veterans Affairs (VA), General Services Administration (GSA), Health and Human Services (HHS), Census Bureau (CB) et al.  These criminal organizations have been involved with illegal activities such as Fast & Furious gun running, Benghazi cover-up, targeting of conservative groups, meta-data gathering, racial favoritism with the New Black Panther Party (NBPP), illegally investigating for espionage Associated Press (AP) and Fox News Channel (FNC) reporters, wasteful and frivolous spending and boondoggles, violating eminent domain and water rights laws and harassing innocent citizens in the process, employing prostitutes while on presidential security detail duties, “cooking the books” regarding employment figures prior to the 2012 elections, lying to the people to pass Obamacare, the VA debacle, and many more corruption-related activities.

No, it is not that the NSA “may have violated laws for a decade by spying on Americans,” but the NSA has definitely been spying on Americans for over a decade and continues to be in violation of the law—especially our Fourth Amendment rights of privacy.  The FED is also guilty of corruption and violating the law.  We should either abolish certain of these organizations or highly curtail their illegal activities.  We should also stop funding the corrupt United Nations (UN), kick them out of New York, and cancel our membership in the criminal organization.

I want our federal government to protect “We, the People” from enemies foreign and domestic.  However, when our governmental agencies become the “enemies within,” they cannot be supported unless the people remain in control and can curtail their nefarious activities.  Left to operate unhampered, all governmental agencies will eventually become corrupt.  That is why we have “checks and balances” in governmental operations.  There is a purpose for the balance of power among the three branches of government (executive, legislative, and judicial branches).  Our founding fathers were not stupid to let government operate unhampered.
