Hey there beauty ~

Do you love to sing?

Do you know that your 5th chakra is the energy center for communication and creativity? This chakra can be brought back into balance through singing.

Singing is one of the most profound ways of creating more harmony, peace, and groundedness in your life.

I am super excited about my next vocal playshop (starting a week from Wednesday) and I invite you to be a part of it if you reside in the Santa Barbara, CA area.

If not, I created this vocal exercise video for opening and balancing the 5th chakra just for YOU…so you can get to singing right NOW and feel that harmony and balance in any moment you choose. More fun videos to come.

The fact is, I’ve always loved singing. I’ve been fortunate enough to have a family of singers and harmonizers and performers. It was something I took for granted because I thought it was the norm.

Now that I am out in the world performing and teaching and leading others to shine their lights, I am so super passionate and in love with helping people open the 5th Charka, let their voices be heard, and share amazing exercises, chants, and toning to help connect to that beautiful voice.

Since November, I realize how powerful and transformational this work can be for all levels of singers…even those of you who don’t think you can sing. Closing off this energy center will stifle and suffocate your authentic voice.

Let there be song!

So, open that beautiful voice of yours and let ‘er rip (in an easy, flowing way)!!

Stay tuned for more “Singing With Lisa” episodes coming soon…
