Hello there love muffin ~
Since this is the time of year when most of us kick into high gear for the holidays, I have been inspired more than ever to anchor myself each day in gratitude.
It is almost Thanksgiving, and giving thanks is something that always brings me back to earth (out of my head and into my heart).
I want to share just a few fabulous things that I am truly grateful for and I encourage you to give thanks for the blessings in your life (no matter how “small” or “big”). You are blessed. Life is good.
I am grateful for…
My man.
He's my rock. I feel safe and cared for. I feel supported and loved. Nearly 14 years together and I am grateful for him every day.
My furry children.
They remind me to forgive. They remind me to rest and snuggle. They remind me to play and be affectionate. They keep me warm at night!
My home.
I am so grateful for this house, the garden, hardwood floors, the neighborhood. I love that we are able to drum and have fabulous guests (like Dramane Kone in the photo above).
My black boots.
I love boots. I only own one pair right now, but I love this time of year because I get to wear them and feel like a rock star wonder woman.
My turquoise paisley yoga pants.
Soft, cozy, feminine. Like a second skin.
My vitamix.
I use this baby every day. My new favorite smoothie is orange, parsley, kale, banana and a little water. Refreshing, energizing, delicious! Above pic is the first day with my vitamix and I most likely made a blueberry, banana, avocado, spinach, and kale smoothie.
I could write a book about what I'm grateful for, but these are just a few of the things that make me feel super happy.
