Timothy Gannon Post-Doctoral Fellow in Religion
The
Religion Department at
Florida State University seeks candidates for a two-year post-doctoral research and teaching fellowship in American religious history with a focus on issues of race, ethnicity, and identity. Applications from candidates working in the areas of African American and Hispanic religious history are especially welcome.
The appointed fellow will be expected to teach two courses each semester. Applicants must expect to have their doctorate in hand by August 10, 2016 and must have earned their doctorate no earlier than August 1, 2010. The fellowship comes with a small travel/research grant. For full consideration, a cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement on research, writing sample, and teaching dossier must be submitted (in one pdf file) by January 15, 2016 at
