I have choices in every moment of my life. I choose love. I allow myself the experience to manifest what I feel;what I know. I practice living from the neck down. It is my heart and my body which know my truth. My brain plays games and easily becomes a way to loose living in the moment. So I choose to listen, to allow, to notice and to love. I touch, I hug, I feel the sun, I relish showers and soft sheets and grass under my feet. I stay connected to the truth of my body and the feelings in my heart.
