Doreen Valiente Radio Feature Rescheduled for Tonight
I’ve been told that BBC Radio Four’s programme The World Tonight on Doreen Valiente and the Modern Witchcraft and Folk Culture in Britain exhibition, which was originally planned for Friday evening at 10pm, has been rescheduled for tonight, Monday 11 April at 10pm.
Ashley Mortimer of the Doreen Valiente Foundation said: “I’m told that Radio 4 have rescheduled the Witchcraft / Doreen Valiente piece to run on Monday 11th April on The World Tonight at 10pm. I think we were pipped on Friday by the Pope telling everyone to use their individual judgment about morality – which I guess is no bad thing.”
